The ideal candidate will be detail-driven, reliable, and motivated to deliver high-quality installations across both residential and commercial projects. Tasks & Responsibilities Install, maintain & service solar PV systems and hybrid battery storage Conduct fault finding, testing & repairs to ensure optimal performance Work closely with project managers and apprentices to deliver projects on time Ensure compliance with Australian electrical & safety standards Provide excellent customer service on every site Skills & Experience Current A-Grade Electrical Licence (essential) Minimum 2 years' experience in solar PV installations CEC Accreditation highly desirable White Card & current driver's licence Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously Benefits & Perks $35 - $55 per hour super (based on experience) Company vehicle, fuel card & uniform provided * Career growth and training in a future-focused renewable energy industry About the company This Canberra-based business delivers customised solar, battery, and renewable energy solutions for residential and commercial clients.
